Delivery & Returns
Sales order delivery
- By default, our shipping is UK next business day and our policy is not to ship orders until all items are in stock.
- Our team endeavour to ship all orders on the day they arrive and work up to the minute to pack orders for courier and pallet collection. Orders placed late in the day may not make it into these shipments and will be dispatched the next working day.
- If you need in-stock items dispatched next day and out-of-stock items dispatched later, we may need to charge an additional delivery charge.
- Our main carriers for sales orders are UPS and Palletways.From time to time, we may use other carriers to maximise the number of parcels we can ship on a given day.
- On the majority of orders, we will automatically share tracking information at the time of dispatch but this is not possible with all carriers.
Sales order returns
- Non-bespoke items may be returned within 28 days and must be returned in their original packaging to our Birmingham address within this time.
- All shipping costs of returns are at the buyers expense and must be arranged by the buyer unless we agree otherwise in writing.

- To return an order, a return request must be submitted prior to sending us these goods. Goods returned without confirmed returns request, may be rejected.
Hire order transport
- Hire orders may be delivered in a dedicated Frontseat Media Vehicle, by pallet or by parcel courier.
- Hire orders can also be collected from our Birmingham premises.
- For each hire order, we will specify the delivery method at the time of booking. Occasionally, due to availability or to improve sustainability, we change this delivery method closer to the time of your hire.
- If we deliver an item by pallet or courier, we will expect you to store any shipping materials and use these for return, for example pallets or pallet boxes.
