Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can I get the items I've ordered?

For items which are in stock on our webshop, we dispatch orders same-day which are placed prior to 15:00 Monday - Friday. 

If there isn't a suitable delivery option available at checkout, please call us or email sales@frontseatmedia.com.

If you need an item same-day, or our online shop shows a longer lead time than you need, call our team who may be able to offer expedited delivery.

I want my items next day but some items have an availability of 2-3 business days.

If in doubt, call our team, we can often secure faster lead times if needed. By default, we ship goods once all of the items in your order are in stock.

If you need to order outside of office hours, it is best to submit 2 orders, one containing just items which are available, and another containing items with a longer lead time. This way, in-stock items will be dispatched same working day (if before 3pm cut-off).

Can you beat an existing quote?

Probably. Our business structure means we can charge for expertise and time, rather than just mark-up products for profit. If you find a quote that beats ours, let us know. Also, if we think another company can provide the same thing at a better rate, we'll tell you. We want what is best for the customer. We pride ourselves on reputation, not on profits. 

Do you work internationally?

We have supported theatre, dance and live music work in UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Czechia, Georgia, Australia, China and the USA. We are also a go-to provider of technical support for international companies touring to the UK. We have supported international conventions, festivals, artworks and performances with stakeholders from over a hundred countries. Our team have experience in working across cultures and timezones to make projects happen.


We do not offer web sales outside of the UK.

Do you offer equipment hire?

We ended our dry hires service in 2023 to further specialise in production, installation and sales.

We have great relationships with national and regional hire companies and can offer significant discounts to projects we are attached to. If you need equipment hire quickly and aren't sure who to go to, give us a call or email hire@frontseatmedia.com and we can point you in the right direction.
